/ I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the paper book as well as the status report filed by learned State counsel. 9.
In this case, allegations levelled against the petitioner is that he along with the co-accused had tried to loot the complainant, however,
learned State counsel has conceded the fact that at the time of Test Identification Parade of the petitioner, the complainant refused to identify him. It is also not disputed that no other case is pending against the petitioner.

In the instant case, the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2022.
