The present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed for issuance of a direction for further and proper investigation of FIR No.272 dated 01.06.2022 under Sections 498-A, 406, 354-B, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that challan stands presented in the present case and charges have also been framed. 3.

On 25.05.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On 25.07.2023, once again, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous, with liberty to revive the petition incase anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
