**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.224 dated 14.06.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 IPC and Section 307 IPC at P.S. Beri, District Jhajjar.

Notice of motion was issued on 22.01.2020 on the premise that the injury falling under the ambit of Section 307 IPC is not attributed to the petitioner, rather the same is attributed to co-accused Sanju. Co-accused Robin has already been granted concession of anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.10.2019 passed in CRM-M No.39078 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in MOHMED ATIK 2021.09.07 16:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-2853-2020 compliance of the order dated 22.01.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ajit Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation of the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 22.01.2020 is made absolute. However, petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
