HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.70 dated 26.10.2019, registered under Sections 341, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 308 IPC added later on, at Police Station Morinda, District Rupnagar.

Vide order dated 05.02.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted ad-interim anticipatory bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order 05.02.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Boota Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
