**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Revision petition herein inter alia is to set aside impugned order dated 21.07.2012 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Karnal vide which application of the defendant/respondent herein was allowed and SHO P.S.Sadar Karnal was directed to provide necessary police help for protection of the possession of defendant/respondent over the land purchased by him pertaining to specific khasra numbers. Notice of motion was issued on 02.08.2012.

On resumed hearing today, on being asked to argue, learned counsel for the petitioners pleads lack of instructions. Since revision petition was filed in the year 2012, in all likelihood, the revision petition is rendered infructuous as the suit may have been decided.
