In view of the two different Division Bench judgments passed in Harvinder Kaur and another vs. Godha Ram and another1979 PLJ 562 and Pritam Singh and another vs. Sunder Lal and others, 1990(2) PLR 191, the order dismissing an application for nominating a Local Commissioner to demarcate the area is not amenable to interference in the revisional jurisdiction.
