Naresh Kumar v. State Of Haryana And Others
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CWP No.693 of 2020 Date of Decision: 23.01.2020 Naresh Kumar ......Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryaa and Ors.
.....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHARMA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARINDER SINGH SIDHU
Present:
Mr. R.S. Dhull, Advocate for the petitioner.
RAJIV SHARMA,J Challenge in this writ petition has been directed against impugned order dated 09.12.2019 (P.1) passed by the Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar declining the prayer for grant of furlough. The petitioner-convict is undergoing life imprisonment in case FIR No.58 dated 11.2.2014 under Sections 147,149,323,307,302,120-B IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the contents of paper book coupled with the fact that the petitioner was twice awarded solitary confinement of 30 days as is apparent from order dated 08.07.2019 (P.2), we do not find any ground for enlarging the petitioner on furlough.
Dismissed.
