**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization of their services and to grant all the consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners have moved a representation dated 19.12.2020 (Annexure P-10), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed. CWP-1282-2023 (O&M) -2In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-The Commissioner-cum-Director General, School Education, Haryana, to decide the representation dated 19.12.2020 (Annexure P-10) moved by the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, by passing a speaking order, as per law.
