Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to declare the result of final year of Draftsman (Civil) (two year course) for the sessions 2018-2020; to supply the certificate for the same despite the fact that the practical was conducted in November 2020 and direct respondent No.5 to accept the application form of the petitioner for appointment against 547 posts of Junior Draftsman (Civil, Mechanical and Architecture) in pursuance of the Advertisement No. 2 of 2021 dated 15.01.2021(P-3). In pursuance of the notice of motion issued by this Court, short reply dated 07.03.

2022 by way of affidavit of Kamal Kumar, Secretary, Subordinate Services Selection Board, Punjab, has already been filed and perusal of the same reveals that above advertisement was withdrawn by the respondent No.5 vide public notice dated 30.06.2021. It is further submitted that after withdrawal of the above advertisement dated 15.01.2021, the fresh advertisement No.12 of 2021 dated 07.07.2021 has SANJAY GUPTA 2022.04.

CWP No.1947 of 2021 been issued with amended educational/ technical qualifications for the post(s) in question.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that in view of the order of even date passed in CWP No.2027 of 2021 titled as 'Nipun Syal and others Vs. State of Punjab and others, nothing survives in the present writ petition and as such the same be disposed off. Ordered accordingly.
