(ORAL) After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is going to dismiss the revision petition, in view of the fact that the arguments raised by the counsel have already been debated upon in Civil Suit No.3880 of 2013 filed between the same parties for separate possession and permanent injunction, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty of this Court for withdrawal of the revision petition.
