The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of a direction for conducting a fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.0165 dated 26.10.2022 under Sections 342, 376-D of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Sohna District Gururgram. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Dharambir Singh states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as Section 376-D IPC has since been deleted and on arrest of the accused the challan stands presented and trial is going on. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this fact. 4.

In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
