Versus

Jaswinder Kaur and another ......Respondents

Present:

Mr. Pawan Kumar, Advocate for the petitioners.

CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The plaintiffs, who have sought for assailing the sale on the ground that the 1st plaintiff was drunk at that stage and was not knowing what he was executing and the 2nd plaintiff was a minor and therefore, was incompetent, sought by means of an interim relief that there shall not be any further alienation by persons claiming purchasers from them. There is a fairly long ground to traverse for the plaintiffs before they secure a decree that the sale is null and void. The plaintiffs who are seeking for setting aside the sale contend that the defendant must be restrained from alienating the property. If there is any sale, it will hit by lis pendens and that itself must take care of rights of the plaintiffs. 2.

I do not find any scope for intervention at this stage. The order is maintained and the revision petition is dismissed. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE July 28, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.07.31 12:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
