RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to restrain respondent No.3, i.e. Station House Officer, Police Station Sadar, District Phagwara, not to harass the present petitioner.

It has been submitted that respondent No.5 was the tenant of the petitioner and he was ejected by the order of Court of law and thereafter he started filing frivolous complaints against the petitioner. He has submitted that on account of the same, the petitioner is being harassed maliciously. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr. P.S.Grewal, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

After hearing the counsel for the parties and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files an appropriate application before the concerned authority, MEENU 2023.01.24 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-3347-2023 -2i.e. respondent No.2, Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, within seven days from today, the same would be decided by the concerned authority within a month from the date of its filing.
