(Oral) At this stage, learned State counsel submits that the compliance of order dated 27.11.2025, passed in CWP-33702-2025, has been made and the petitioner has been designated as Professor w.e.f. 20.01.2025. Copy of the order has been supplied, which is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid order, at this strage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the contempt petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to assail the speaking order, if need arises.
