G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of two revision petitions i.e. C.R. Nos. 4697 and 7961 of 2016, as common questions of facts and law are involved in both the petitions.

The petitioner-tenant, who is present in Court alongwith his counsel, has entered into a compromise with the respondents-landlords. Respondent no. 2 is also present in the Court to vouch for the said compromise. In pursuance of the said settlement, the tenant shall vacate the premises by 30.09.2017. The amount of rent alongwith the mesne profits which is stated to be `1,37,750/-, which is arrears of rent and mesne profits upto 22.01.2017, will be paid to the respondents within a period of 4 weeks from today.

-2It is further stated that a sum of `80,000/- stands deposited with the Appellate Authority which will also be receivable by the respondents. It has further been agreed that the petitioner-tenant will continue paying a sum of `7,500/- as mesne profits till the date of vacation. In view of the above said terms, the present revision petitions are disposed of. It is made clear that the parties shall be bound by their statements expressed above. In case there is any violation of the terms of the above said conditions, it will be open to the respondents to seek possession of the premises. The Rent Controller will enforce the said eviction order with police help in case of violation of the above terms. 31.01.2017 (G.S.
