The petitioners have preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint No.487/2020 dated 17.12.2020 (Annexure P-12) titled 'Neeraj Chaudhry vs. M/s Sai Aaina Farms Private Limited & others', order dated 07.01.2021 (Annexure P-16) passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurugram directing registration of FIR against the petitioners and consequential FIR bearing No.10 dated 14.01.2021 under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC Police Station Sushant Lok, Gurugram (Annexure P-17) along with all consequential proceedings arising out from there being MOHMED ATIK 2023.07.12 18:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M No.3838 of 2021 (O&M) illegal and without jurisdiction. The petitioners have also prayed for stay of further proceedings in the aforesaid FIR. Notice of motion was issued on 27.01.2021 and this case was ordered to come up with CRM-M No.3826 of 2021. Thereafter the case was heard along with CRM-M No.3823 of 2021.

Since the aforesaid CRM-M No.3823 of 2021 titled 'Ashok Punia @ Ashok Kumar and Ors. vs. State of Haryana and Anr.' has been disposed of vide order of even date, therefore, this petition is also disposed of in the same terms. Ordered accordingly.
