Prayer in the present revision petition is for consolidation of Civil Suit No.143 of 29.04.2014 titled as "Harsh Kumar and others V/s Harsimran Batra and others" with earlier instituted suit bearing No.774/01169 of 22.01.2013 titled as "Simran Batra and others V/s Harsh Kumar and others" pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Amritsar as the suit property in both the suit is the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the suits, aforementioned, are at initial stage.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has not opposed the consolidation of both the suits.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and appraised the paper book and of the view that since both the suits are at initial stage, there
