After having addressed arguments at some length, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to make a statement that the petitioners will not press their petition on merits provided they are given six months period to make arrangements of an alternative accommodation.

Mr. Amit Dhawan, Advocate, appearing for the respondent, submits that the petitioners have already delayed the eviction for the last 31⁄2 years.

Be that as it may.

In view of the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioners has undertaken not to press this petition on merits and restrict the prayer only to grant sufficient time to make arrangements for an alternative accommodation, therefore, the present petition is disposed of by granting DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.04.09 10:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Revision No. 4288 of 2018 (O&M) six months period to the petitioners to handover the vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the landlord, provided they file an undertaking to this effect before the learned Rent Controller within a period of 15 days from today and deposit the arrears of rent along with future rent for a period of six months. If the undertaking is not filed or the arrears of rent are not deposited by the petitioners within the time prescribed, the revision petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed.
