During the pendency of the main revision petition, CM-12010CII-2022 has been filed on behalf of the applicant-petitioner for final disposal, as the civil revision petition, in hand, has become infructuous, in view of the withdrawal of the Civil Suit No.CS-156 of 2019, vide order dated 20.05.2022.
Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that even though, compromise has been effected between the parties, but however, the petitioner has made partial compliance of the compromise and is not making compliance of the residue terms.
In the light of the same, it is submitted by learned counsel for VINEET GULATI 2022.10.14 14:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Chandigarh
CR-481-2020 -2respondent No.2 that the petitioner be asked to comply with the terms of the compromise.
However, since the suit has been withdrawn, the present revision petition has also become infructous and the same is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.
So far as, compliance of the terms of the compromise is concerned, respondent No.2 always has an option to seek compliance of terms of the compromise by seeking remedy, before appropriate authority.
