(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submits that as per impugned order, the execution has been carried out in favour of the decree holder, however, since the petitioners were not party to the civil proceedings, they are unable to file objections in the execution. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, if so advised.
