The present revision petition has been filed assailing the order dated 10.05.2019, passed by the trial Court, whereby, the application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning the additional accused, was dismissed. 2.
Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing i.e. 26.09.2024, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the present petition and he does not wish to pursue the same.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
