The connected revision petition filed by the tenant was disposed of on 07.07.2015 with the following order:- "1.

The parties are present in court in person. With the consent of the counsel for the parties revision petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

The learned counsel for the parties agree that there has been compromise between the parties and the tenant would vacate the premises by 31st July, 2015. The decree-holder/landlord will have a right of execution, if the property is not voluntarily surrendered on or before the aforesaid date. Both the parties also agree that the entire arrears of rent stands paid upto 31st July, 2015 and no amount is payable as arrears.

Civil Revision No. 4464 of 2014 (O&M) disposed of accordingly."

This revision petition has been filed by the land lady against the common order passed by the Appellate Authority. 3.

In view of the aforesaid order dated 07.07.2015, the present revision petition appears to have been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner's counsel is not present. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with the liberty to the petitioner to file an application for revival if the cause raised in the present revision petition survives.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
