Learned State counsel submits that Sections 25, 29 of Arms Act and 482 IPC have been added at the time of presentation of challan but she has no objection if the order dated 19.11.2019 passed in CRM-M-334862019 be extended for the aforesaid sections as well. In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is allowed. Order dated 19.11.2019 passed in CRM-M-33486-2019 be read for grant of bail to the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 25, 29 of Arms Act and 482 IPC as well.

Disposed of accordingly.
