Reply by way of an affidavit of Pritpal Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Phul, District Bathinda, and custody certificate qua the petitioner has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1State. Both are taken on record. 2.

The instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail has been filed on the ground that FSL report has not been filed. Now, as per the reply filed, the FSL report has been filed. Reasons for filing the instant bail application does not survive. 3.

The instant application is dismissed, however, with liberty to approach the learned trial Court for redressal of his grievance. 52+
