The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.243 dated 21.10.2020 registered under Sections 363 & 366 IPC, 1860 wherein offences under Sections 376, 120-B IPC, 1860 read with Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 (Sections 9 and 10 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 added later on) at Police Station Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2.

By an order dated 29.01.2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Navneet Kaur submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation

CRM-M No.4112 of 2021 (O&M) -2and a compromise has arrived at between the parties, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 29.01.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
