It is a waste of time on the part of the defendant to come to this Court that the Court is again framing issue on what has been concluded already and is directing evidence to be given by the defendant when there is a direction by this Court already in the civil revision that the issue of jurisdiction must be taken as a preliminary issue. The defendant may not let any evidence and press for finding on preliminary issue which is directed to be decided by this Court. 2.
