(Oral) The counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical mistake, the name of the respondent was inadvertently mentioned as State of Haryana instead of State of Punjab. He made prayer that he be allowed to withdraw present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better and correct particulars.

Accordingly present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
