(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, restricts his argument to the extent that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court and apply for regular bail and he further pray that the trial Court be directed to decide the application seeking regular bail to the petitioner expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 01 week from today, his regular bail application be decided expeditiously within a period of 02 days from the date of its filing.
