Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ram Mehar states that in the trial Court the date of hearing fixed is 25.3.2021 for defence and arguments. It being so, since the trial is at the fag end, no case for grant of bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial is made out. The petition stands dismissed accordingly. However, it is expected that the trial Court shall conclude the trial expeditiously either by the next date fixed or if not possible then within a period of two months thereof. Of course, the accused shall not ask for any unnecessary adjournment.
