The defence has been struck off in a case for divorce brought at the instance of the wife on the ground that the husband has not paid the maintenance amount as ordered by the Court. The counsel seeks for time to make the payment. He will not make such request before this Court and it will be open for the husband to approach the very same Court where the defence is struck off to offer to make good the payment and seek for recall of the order. If such request is made and the maintenance amount is paid, the Court will appropriately consider the request and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
2.
The revision petition is dismissed but with the above observations.
