(Oral) As per the compliance affidavit of the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, after conduncting an enquiry, the report under Section 202 Cr.P.C. stands submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate and the allegations by the petitioners were not found to be correct. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
