C.R. No.4751 of 2016 With the consent of the parties, the main case is taken on board. The revision petition is against the order whereby the amendment of the written statement was rejected. The main suit itself has been decided and copy of the same has been placed on record as Annexure R/1.

In view of the aforementioned fact, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order rejecting the amendment of written statement by taking the aid of provisions of Order 43 Rule 1A CPC. The revision petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
