A detailed report from Secretary-cum-Nodal Officer, Mediation and Conciliation Centre, DLSA, Jalandhar, has been received. According to him, mediation has been succussful and the matter was settled. Parties have decided to file a petition under Section13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') for dissolution of marriage. In view of above, no further direction is necessary in this case. Disposed of.

Needless to observe that the parties would act in accordance with the settlement arrived at between them.
