Mr. Nitin Thatai, Advocate for the respondents. *** NIDHI GUPTA, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the order dated 20.04.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge, Ludhiana whereby appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this fact.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of being infructuous.

Needless to say, that interim stay granted in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 10.07.2017, stands vacated after disposal of the present petition.
