Petitioners have filed this petition challenging the order dated 4.7.2015 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, although, witness of the petitioners was present on 28.05.2015, but could not be examined due to non-availability of their counsel. Petitioners be granted one opportunity to enable them to conclude their evidence.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, it would be just and expedient to grant one opportunity to the petitioners to enable them to conclude their evidence. In case, the petitioners are permitted to lead their evidence, the lis between the parties will be disposed of on merits. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
