******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that learned Rent Controller has allowed two months time to vacate the premises vide order dated 31.05.2016. The appeal was filed against the ejectment order, which has been adjourned to 24.08.2016 and by that date, time of two months given by learned Rent Controller will expire and the petitioners will face execution of the order passed by learned Rent Controller. Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move application submitting the facts mentioned in this petition, before the Appellate Authority.

Counsel for the petitioners seeks a week's time to move such application.

Order dated 31.05.2016 of learned Rent Controller will not be executed till 08.08.2016.
