SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.105 dated 30.12.2016 under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Ghanaur, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the order dated 09.01.2020 (Annexure P-5) passed by this Court in CRM-M-9229 of 2019 titled as 'Kajal Mahant Vs. State of Punjab'. He further submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 26.08.2018 on the statement of Kajal Mahant, who was the petitioner in aforesaid matter. On instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, learned State counsel has submitted that out of total 14 prosecution witnesses, 09 witnesses have been examined Heard.
