RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to implement the order dated 31.05.2011, Annexure P-2.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if legal notice, dated 15.10.2023, Annexure P-6, sent by him to respondent No.3, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Collector (Agrarian), Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, to look into the legal notice, dated 15.10.2023, Annexure P-6, and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from today.
