[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 173, dated 18.07.2020 under Sections 307/506/148/149 of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran.

[3] This Court, vide order dated 25.03.2021, granted interim bail to the petitioner, subject to joining investigation. [4] Today, learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Nirmal Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.
