This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to outbreak of the pandemic, COVID-19. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that impugned order dated 23.01.2021 vide which the petitioner has been transferred from Municipal Council, Kaithal to Municipal Council, Palwal has since been withdrawn/cancelled. Therefore, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
