(Oral) On 30.07.2024, the following order was passed :- "Notice of motion for 27.08.2024.

The petitioner is directed to furnish litigation expenses of Rs.20,000/- with the Registry of this Court. Deposit of the above said amount shall be condition precedent for issuance of notice/summons to the respondents."

However, the said litigation expenses of Rs.20,000/- have not been deposited with the Registry of this Court on account of which notice/summons could not be issued to the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no further clear instructions in the matter in this regard.

Ergo, dismissed for non-prosecution.
