By way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.38 dated 04.03.2020, under Section 420 IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012, registered at Police Station City Batala, Police District Batala (Gurdaspur).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

The petitioner shall however, surrender before the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and shall move an application for grant of regular bail. Trial Court is requested to dispose of the application filed at the instance of petitioner within a period of one week.

Disposed of accordingly.
