Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that unfortunately, the petitioner has died during the pendency of the present petition and no legal heir has come forward on his behalf to pursue the present petition. 2.
Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has died as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner herein above, the present petition is disposed of for want of prosecution with liberty to revive the present petition, in case, the legal heirs of the petitioner are still interested to get the decision of present petition on merit.
