CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

There is no scope for intervention in a situation where at the time arguments, the petitioner wanted a finger expert to be examined and also wanted some additional documents to be received. The Court has declined the relief. I will not make any intervention. It is open for the petitioner, if he is aggrieved by the ultimate judgment, to take these grounds, which are now urged before me, as grounds of appeal in the manner contemplated under Section 105 of the Civil Procedure Code.

2.

The revision petition is dismissed with the above observations. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE August 03, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.08.04 14:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
