HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for issuance of direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members by calling them in police station, at the instance of private respondents with a further prayer that in case, the petitioner is required by the police, then 7 days' advance notice be given to him by following the procedure laid down under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy(ies) as available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
