(Oral) This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.103 dated 29.08.2019, under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (Section 326 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station City-2, Malerkotla, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1) and all the consequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 20.12.2019 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Vide order dated 29.01.2021, the parties were directed to appear before the !"# $ "% with regard to the genuineness and validity of the compromise. In compliance thereof, the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malerkotla has submitted its report, vide letter dated 02.03.2021 which indicates that the parties appeared before the Magistrate and got recorded
