On 18.09.2018, while adjourning the matter for 31.10.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to produce the orders passed by the Executing Court to show the reason as to why the execution application has not been disposed of.

On 31.10.2018, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, after granting last opportunity to learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the order of this Court dated 18.09.2018, the matter was adjourned to today. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The order dated 18.09.2018 has not since been complied with. Dismissed.
