In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.1 to decide the revision dated 28.05.2024 (Annexure P-11) filed by the petitioner, inadvertently mentioned as appeal in the prayer clause.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the petitioner has withdrawn the revision petition and, as such, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous. 3.
