This is an application for recalling the order dated 01.08.2025 passed by this Court and for waiver of the costs imposed vide said order. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that a compromise has been effected between the parties and that the parties do not wish to proceed with the main revision petition. For the reasons stated above and in the application, the application is allowed. The costs imposed vide order dated 01.08.2025 are waived off.
