By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.01 dated 02.01.2022 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the conclusion of trial within a period of 3 months from the next date fixed before it. If the trial Court fails to conclude the trial within the stipulated period, then the petitioner would be at liberty to move an appropriate application seeking grant of bail before the Trial Court.
